I need a Utility that will show me Current Speed (10Mb or 100Mb) and Method (Half or Full) of Transmission of a NIC Card.

Well, if you select to put icon in system tray for your NIC, you can then right click on that icon, select Status, and it will show you which speed you're cruising at, as for the method (half or full) you may need to look in the properties of the NIC....
But a seperate utility...I don't know of one. (Of course, not to say there isn't one)
I think what Ron said will only apply if you run windows 2000.
You should be able to look at the back of your network card most have LED's to indicate 10 or 100.
Your card can only run full duplex if its attached to a full duplex hub.
To set connection manually you need to go into network properties and then select the properties of the network card. The setting will labeled connection type or media type or similar.
Also, most (Almost all) NICs have utilities that can do this . They usually can be found on the drivers disk. Allow you to diagnostics, as well as find out if they're 10/100 full/half duplex.
