Installation Question

'Lo all,

I'm dinking around with installing Win2k onto a system from the network. The system's hard drive is currently blank. My question is, how do you get network access from a boot floppy? I'm assuming that you've got to boot to floppy with some sort of network client/protocol on it.

I've already got an i386 directory set up on the distribution server, but how do I access it on the target machine? Thanks much for any advice. :)
