What CD-ROM do you have?
This error message means that the CD-ROM unit does not support that speed.
Have you tried to reduce it?
The problem was with the software..I was useing
easy cd creator platinum.the burner was an acer20x burner.for some reason it wouldnt work with this burner..I even tried easy cd creator,with the same problem.it only worked with the manufacturers software.? the cd rom was a no brand 48x.but it works fine with acers software.Do you know why?
