Ok hockey fans....
Lindros is a Ranger, you can check it out
<a href="http://www.canoe.ca/CPSportsTicker/CANOE-wire.NHL-Lindros-Rangers.html" target="_blank">here</a> .For those that still care. "Once he has an ijury free season" Wonder how long that will take him :D :D
-
Lindros, injury free season, Bawhawhaw heehee. Can that even be said in the same sentence? Don't get me wrong he's a hellva talent, but very breakable. Maybe the change of scenery up I-95 will help. :D
-
Whew! That takes a load off of my mind. Can't believe the Toronto Maple Leafs were actually interested in getting this guy. He's had one too many concussions. He's more of a liability than an asset. Plus, I don't like his greedy, whiny attitude either. Time for retirement LINDROS!!!!
The other teams know one more good knock will probably finish off his career for good.

Being born and raised in Pittsburgh, I never thought I'd see the day when I rooted for the Flyers, but Today is the day!!!
When Eric was too good to play for the Quebec Nordiques (later to be the Avalanche), it was nice to watch that team progress and win two Stanley cups without him. While I don't really want to see the Flyers win 2 cups, it sure would be ironic if they at least could get 1.
I'm sure the Rangers won't win the cup anytime soon, at least not til they dish Lindros to another sucker of a GM.
GO FLYERS!!!!!

first of all, Lindros should never be a ranger, poor guy
as for injury free season, Eric Lindros may one day have an injury free season, but after his brother, brett lindros, left the islanders and the nhl after one season because of injuries, i doubt anyone in that family wont get hurt
-
Lindros is "le grande bébé" or "the big baby". He whined to get traded from the Nordiques, and now he's doing the same thing. So why expect any different no matter where he plays?
The reason that Toronto wasn't interested in signing him, is that Pat Quinn knows he would be nothing but trouble.
-
I really dont see why anyone would "sign" him. I think it's funny that they put the "injury free season" clause in the contract.
-
Just like seemingly everything else in life, hockey is a business. They might not necessarily think he'll bring them a Cup, as much as having his name might put more people in the seats, which equals cash. I think his base salary is only around 3 million, so it's not a bad deal for the Rangers as long as they don't want to win a Cup.
I would be surprised to see him in more than 65 games this year.

Lindros is a waste of breath and Money.
Now Jagr there's a player.
At first the sound of washington was retarded but now that I think of it washington is going to kick butt.
just think Bondra , Oates, and Jagr. that's a mean power Play.

I am a Rangers fan and I was delighted and suprised because he can still get hurt. He's a big guy, he's gotta keep his head up so to avoid being drilled in the head!
The Flyers were guite persistent in getting Lindros, so they traded their team for him!!! He really did not want to leave Quebec because it's sorta where he played in the OHL. A talented guy whom if he plays smartly, his bro wasn't too good at that because he was out to be a goon, will be injury-free.
The Rangers consistently have a boatload of goons. They've got a lot of people who can "protect" Lindros and let him do his thing.

All it will take is one hit (still thinking of the Kapseritis hit years ago.....) This guy now has a glass jaw, and he's scared, which is not a good combination.

I think that Lindros having a injury free season is a oxymoron, but then again, it doesnt matter where he goes, he will be playin golf in may....
GO AVES :D

Well I guess it will be a good season for Messier
although Lindros will take the spotlight, just the way Messier like it. Remember all the games he kicked *** while Gretzky made commercials.
