Who's still playing Unreal Tournament these days....i know i still am....anyone else

I have been getting back into a little bit since I got the new monitor. I tried online and that went over like a fart in Sunday church.

My money is still on Quake 3. Plays smoother online and offline. Maybe my AMD K6-2 500 just aint got the horsepower to play it online.
I dunno.

I have been outta commision for a while, but now that I have the new case and power supply (yeah baby!!) Im back....(Havent seen or heard from ya in a while Raven, ya been busy?)

Still play UT online regularly. Don't really play Quake anymore. And Return to Castle Wolfenstien is now cutting into my UT Time!! But I do mostly CTF instead of DM in UT. I'm usually on CTF flag servers running any of the "Faces" maps. Most common nic I use is Hater. Maybe see some of you all out there sometime!

But I'll play UT if I have to :p

I've yet to try it on my "new" WinXP system, but it worked fine on a Celeron 333MHz under Win2000, so...

I used to play a lot, but not any more. No time, no real desire and not to mention 56k dial-up connection. :(

Well, I'm playing DAoC now. FPS's just started getting way too repetative for me. Run, shoot, die, spawn, get items, armor, rocket launcher, kill, die, rinse, repeat as necessary.

I used to, but since I got the PS2, and fell in love with Metal Gear Solid 2 & Grand Theft Auto 3, I played it less, and I haven't messed with any PC games at all since I went back to dial-up.

As for UT vs. Q3....I'm better at Q3, but I like UT more. I love the ripper.

I still play UT when I get the chance on my hubbies machine but I am in the same boat as taz, I only have a K6 500 ....its great for Q3 Head to Head but not much else.

I found an old DOS game last week called Aquanoid, that I used to play in 1993 ( Yes showing age again) and downloaded that for some light hearted non death and destruction mindless play......

For a While red faction was cutting into my UT time, but When I put XP on my laptop- good for UT, bad for red faction. So its back to UT. :D :D
