Most of their audience probably does not have access to the legitimate news sites and more than likely have read a printed distribution.
I agree, about being just plain scary. Just think it is propaganda of this type that has been drilled into their minds most, if not all, of their life.
now i believe (because i have to) that this story is a lie but it is (though remotely) possible that it is the truth and our gov is supressing the media... nah thats just paranoia, right?

Well, it may not be paranoia, but more like a healthy suspicion ;)
While it's true that the news media in general cannot be objective or unbiased per se (humans are reporting this, after all!), this particular story is blatantly insulting. No sources are quoted. No external links are provided to back it up.
I never trust any single source for news anymore...

Talk about a web site full of rubbish. If ANY of that happened we would of heard about, not only from our own media but from numerous over seas based agencies as well.
Look what happened when the "Talibaddies" found some pieces of a wrecked helicopter which had crashed years ago, They jumped up and down dragged camera crew there and claimed "We think it was full of special forces people we have heard about". If they had shot down a B52 bomber/helicopter/F14/ they would be the 1st to drag a film crew out there to show how they are winning the war.
Remember Iraq still claims every week to have shot down another allied aircraft in the no-fly zone.

As soon as you can group everything into good=us bad=them, winning the propaganda war becomes that much easier.
Japanese propaganda said that American forces would eat their children if they caught them. As a result, many were killed by their parents to save them from a cruel fate.
In Iraq, public perception is that Iraq won the gulf war and drove the american devils from their country. Huge statues of Sadman Insane dot the landscape.
And the poor people who are fed this drivel from day one will never question its authenticity. All other newspapers, even the ones critical of the US involvement, are under the control of Western Media and cannot be trusted. If it is our word against theirs, they will take their word every time. Even if the government has a conspiracy somewhere(or has knowledge not given to the public) (such as Kennedy), the biggest nation on Earth (a supper power, to cite the article) has a very hard time duping the droves of reporters and foriegn media.
Bin Laden and others are still seeking revenge for the crusades, which happened hundreds of years ago. The crusades were launched by the Roman Church, located in Rome. Instead of giving Italy or Vatican City partial credit for being the great Satan, they attribute the crusades to America as well.
Pity and mercy.
I wonder what the bloody hell "sub-nuclear" munitions are? If they mean sub as in lower than the blast potential of a nuclear weapon, than a firecracker qualifies. Or the more interesting question: Are we splitting quarks in Afganistan? And when did the training of the world's second best country with special forces (UK is first, easily) fall to such deplorable levels to allow peasants to slaughter them? I seem to remember a little story involving thousands of peasants that still couldn't stop a few of these specops.

Why are they posting this propogandist bu11sh1t on a website? The poor and uneducated people this drivel is aimed at can't afford computers, cos lets face it, if you can afford a computer you can get the latest unbiased news from anywhere.
I guess that all these people have left is "face" and they're losing that pretty badly now. I think this site portrays an edge of desperation from a people who know they've lost, worried that Allah has gone AWOL.
