I have just witnessed a legitimate MIRACLE.

Well i didn't have much faith, I must confess. Until now, that is! A Gen-U-Wine MIRACLE has just occurred here in our humble town in northern Indiana.

Against my wishes, but at the behest of the user, I installed Win98se on an old Dude yer gettin' a Dell Optiplex (P-pro180Mhz/32MB RAM).
Anywho here comes the part where Jesus actually came to earth and intervened in human affairs... On the final reboot, the machine came up and ALL THE HARDWARE was <CORRECTLY INSTALLED![/b] This includes the on-board sound and on-board NIC! I cant, and I mean CAN"T believe I don't have to waste the next hour of my life getting drivers for this box!

Just wanted to testify, and share my joy with the congregation.

Do not doubt that this truly is a miracle.

I witnessed a miracle once to.

I was standing in church one day and I noticed a man hobbling up to the holy water on crutches. As he neared the water, he stopped, reached down with his hands and splashed holy water all over his legs. As he finished, he threw his crutches away and started to walk. I ran as fast as I could to the priest.

Me: "Father, father! A man came into the church, splashed holy water on his legs and began to walk."

Father: "My son, you have just witnessed a miracle. Where is this man now?"

Me; "Flat on his @$$ over by the holy water." :D

I mean, growing a leg is alright, but a finalized install of win98 on the first boot?!? :eek:

Sure I`ve seen this mentioned before on this forum,the number of reboots [up to three] is dependent on the hardware installed if I remember correctly.

well i think ive done something simular on an old compaq with WINME (dont even dare flame me, i scored £200 + the license fee for that job) damn i was scared. real scared...
had to leave the room if i recall correctly.

came back, still looking startled, 3 cups of coffee (with a shot of whiskey) later i was fine and ready to accept just about anything :D

What I want to know is...why the heck is it called the world series? It's the US series isn't it?

Back to the point anyway...I actually saw that happen on a Desktop once....and it was a genuine ****heap! A miracle? I'd say good luck! :)

I've seen similar miracles with Win98SE before. That's because I'm very faithful! ;)
