The best place I ever went on vacation was Olympic National Park, just outside Seattle. We rented a cabin with a fireplace on Lake Crescent. The park has everything from ocean beaches that haven't changed for thousanda of years to glacer capped mountains. ....Awesome.
Alaska, near Juneau. I like to go hunting and/or fishing there every couple of years.

I like to take a tour of the U.S. when i go on vacation. i usually end up on the east coast somewhere in W.Virginia. It beuatifull back there.
Kailua-Kona, The Big Island, Hawaii....sigh.....

Guernsey in the English Channel nice small island, nice small beaches!
or Tenerife - touristy but dirt cheap!
Washington, DC or Canada.
Also (like Radical Dreamer) we went to Cleveland last year to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was sweeeeeeet.
Anywhere where the Carp grow big and the weather is warm . :) :)
