I just wonder (uh oh). At the beginning of all this, the Taliban said they would hand over Binny Boy if we showed evidance, wonder if they'll do it now? Most likely not.

We promote fair justice, not a lynch mob. We have evidence and the rest of the world has already seen this and is on our "side". Let the courts handle this. He is the barbarian, not us.
Too late, think of all the bombings that have been going on. I for one think, it's a bit too late to let the courts handle it.

I know this might be just me thinking, but they keep talking about how they found the video and everything...what if there was some reason for the video TO be found? I don't know, I guess I just kind of see the video as Bin Laden rubbing what was done in our face and that he WANTED us to find this tape.

I say an eye for an eye in this case. I don't think anyone could stand to see someone that has helped kill that many people go through our justice system. The jury would be opting for stoning to come back in style. I say we burn him alive.
Actually, if you've been following the news... There isn't much of a Taliban left to hand over Bin Laden. I think that is pretty much a moot point now.
A news release today states that it's pretty much going to fall into the hands of the special forces person that first put's Bin Laden in the sights of his gun. If that person feels threatened, i.e. Bin Laden has a gun in his hands, chances are that he'll be shot on spot. If, however, Bin Laden comes out waving a white flag, then he MAY be taken into custody.
Personnaly, I hope Bin Laden fights to the death.
Look, I understand. I want to kill him with my bear hands. I would love to get a chance to rip his throat out with my teeth. If we go and pull him out of his little $^it hole and blow his azz away the were does that leave us? Yeah we got vengance and probally scared the crap out of everybody else in the world.
Look at what we stand for.... Freedom, Justice, American way, etc. We are THE leader on this planet like it or not. We are the biggest, strongest, wealthist, power nation on the planet. If we set guidelines that we can "suspend" our own laws just for vengence then what in the heck does that say about us to everybody else? He wants to get killed, just look. In the face of over whelming odds he gives us the middlefinger. If he had given himself up when this first happened then the UN would have stepped in and demanded a trail. Now that the UN and everybody else is gunning for him he knows that he will be able to martyr himself to Islam. Even though they don't belive in him it will still piss them off that the rest of the world invaided and killed alot of their people and then killed him with out a trail. I say take that away from him! Don't make him a martyr for Islam! Give him a fair trail in the court system. We and everybody else has all the evidance we need.

I agree with you on this Bracius. If we killed him, then he would become a martyr. And how many of the fundamentalist Islamics would that bring out? It would just give them another reason to fight.
