Technician wages,So. Calif. ;10 yrs Expereience

Just curious as to what you all would think of a competive wage would be. We deal with about 80-120 RMA's a day,Inside those RMA's can range from a 1 System to 20 HHD's,Mem,50 CD roms,10 floppy drives, 25 VCD, to a Mobo or 2, you name it. Even evals for new products. Test and Troubleshoot again and again. We put in 9.5 - 10.5 Hrs a day. I do like the job and people but the wage sucks! I won't post the wage (That bad)but would love some other veiws. My 90 day was up today and got my review, all execellent points and eval's but when I saw the wage pay I just about lost it. Yes , I am still looking now after being somewhat mislead to thinking of a higher wage but NaGhhhhh.
Anyways, let me know what you may think.
