I almost forgot to post this before turning in for the night.....
One of my clients has three bots entered in the next tournament!!!!! Three weight classes.....
I think one is called Speed Bump and one Speedy...I don't remember the third....
I offered to trade my work for a 25% share in one of the Bots....figured as a member of the team I could maybe score a hug from Carmen Electra.....
Anyway, taping is on May 22....I can't wait to see him have his go....... :cool: :cool: :cool:

We get the british version of the show screening down here, unfortunately, there isnt a local version, yet. I'd be investing some money into making a bot, most definately :D :D :D
You should offer a new computer for a bunch of back-stage passes. That would be so sweet. Plus you could get on TV.
It would be amusing to see a beared guy in a toga chasing carmen around the arena. :p :p

I fully intend to build and compete with at least one Bot in a few years, after I get out of university. I can't see this kind of competition going away any time soon. :D
Two designs already on the books... more coming from my demented imagination.

What about a WD sponsored bot? There are enough evil geniuses around here to make a truly frightening machine! Heck, I'd pitch in some bucks towards the expenses.
Just keep in mind, although the obvious primary weapon would be a "flame thrower," I believe that BattleBots won't allow that!
