Olympics
This might be posted elsewhere and I just haven't run across it, but of those who have watched any of the Olympics this year, what is your fav. event?
Mine personally is the Skeleton. Yea, there's probably no way that they'd get me to do that, but it looks awesome and I guess I would try it if there was a guarantee that I wouldn't get hurt.
I also like the luge and the downhill skiing (especially the Super G or whatever it's called).
Anyone else have a favorite event?

When I was learning arrest techniques in mountain climbing (arrest techniques are methods to stop a fall), the trippiest and most fun exercise was falling down a steep slope head first on my back and then bringing the fall to a stop by rolling, flipping, and planting the ice axe..... I would do the skeleton in a heartbeat (or more...heh, heh) :D

Oh wow, good question. I guess I would have to say hockey. I just love the sport. Next to that I would have to say the downhill event. To go that fast on two skis, I dont know. Its got to be a total rush....
