What's Your Dream?

About 5 years ago, i decided i wanted to start an ISP (big dream for a guy that had just started using computers on a more regular basis then 1 time a year). Today, I have been in business for just over a year (started out in the back 8'x8' room of a video store; building and repairing PC's)and then bumped up to hosting/designing web sites. Today, I just recieved my implementation planner (about 1 hour ago) from AT&T to bump my connection from a T-1 to a whole helluva lot more along with a mega router CSU/DSU and RAS cards for my servers. Geez, it is actually happening and I just feel stunned, happy and nervous at the same time (going for a 1-20 cold beers right now). What are your dreams and have they come true yet? If so, HOW DID YOU FEEL?!?

My own Hooters franchise and a chain of strip clubs. I just need some chicks to get them started. Any of the Windrivers ladies want to audition? :D :D :D :D :D

My dream is to get a life instead of sitting around on windrivers reading posts all day. I had a life until about a month ago when my girlfriend left me to go back home (she's from Czech Republic and was only here for 1 year on a working visa.) I wish she could've stayed, but she'd be living here illegally, and I don't think I'm ready for marriage yet. Anyway, hopefully I'll snap out of this funk I've been in since she left and get my a$$ out of this chair and off the computer and persue my dreams.

Well mine is to become a police officer. I jsut need to get in shape a bit more and go take my POST test. Then apply and go to cop school *hears inner circle playing in the background*

I guess you could say mine is...well, I really wanted to get into the computer field...I'm now here!! :D :D I still have a ways to go though...want to get into more of the networking and eventually go into consulting....Don;t think I will EVER be smart enough for that though... :(

To become famous enough that I can make a living off of comedy, and then to spend my spare time designing board and video games that become successful. I don't need to get rich--I just want to be famous "enough" to have a cult following.

My original dream is to be a professional musician... see I am a drummer of 14 years. I have had two hobbies since I was in 5th grade, drums and video games/computers.

In August 2000, I got A+ certified and became an official pc technician. I guess my current dream is to open a business and be in a band on the side... (first I need to get my Roland V Drumset!! LOL)

I used to beat on a black Tama 5pc Rockstar set back in the "Garage Days".
