New Avatar

I have a new avatar, but it's too big. It's animated but about 21kb. How do I make t smaller A little walk through would be nice...

Best way to do it is just resize it in Animation Shop (included with Paintshop Pro) or Adobe ImageReady (included with Photoshop).

Or you could just e-mail it to me & I'll resize it for you. ;)

Do you ahve Macromedia Fireworks? (if not get the demo version, it lasts 30 days)

Use Export Wizard and you can save it as a lower-quality image, etc..

I'll be more than happy to do a resize or a web optimization in photoshop if you wanted to email it to me.

uhm, If I have to put out a topic on windrivers on how to resize an anime gif, why the heck would I have any photoshop/macromedia utilities?????????????

Did you not think you would need some type of imaging software in order to resize the image?
