Are you hourly trash or Salary at your current job, and what type of hours do you have to work?

I am hourly trash, but the overtime (sometimes 20+ overtime in a week) make my check book smile!!!! :) :) :) :) I usually average 39-45 hours a week. I do make a great hourly rate though ... :D :D :D So I can't complain too much.
Used to be salary before getting layed off. But now, neither! Ar! :D
Salary, 42hrs per week, not paid overtime when needed, currently looking for a new job. :)
37 Hours a week, Flexi time, no overtime :( Paid Monthly, man do i need a new job... :mad:

I'm salary. 2 weeks on (14-9hr. days) and 1 week off. :)
Hourly and its 40 per week unless some one calls off and they are able to get me,if I felt like answering the answering machine. But when it comes to work.. I tend to NOT answer the phone.
I feel lucky with this one:
Hourly with OT - I'm supposed to work only 40 hours per week, but being the second best tech in the state I rack up on average 5-10 hours OT (last month was up to 20 hours OT!)...
Work retail hours, though..
Rarley get weekends off...
Neither, Im on production, which is great when you have work, but it stinks when there is none (like now) I also am looking for a new job, just waiting to get my CCNA first.
Salary, 37.5hrs per week, no extra overtime pay, full benifits, 401(k).
I actually dont mind not getting paid for overtime. I love my job and the people that I work with so it's all worth it.

I'd say that ranks up as one of the most important things.
37.5 hours per week, salary, paid 1.5X overtime (when authorized by management), full benefits, three weeks paid vacation per year, can use sick time for doctor and dentist appointments, I'm the network adminstrator and can do pretty much whatever I want.
And my wife wants to move away because she doesn't like Toronto <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
Hourly, on a per job basis (with the occassional bonus for a good job, normally paid as a fringe benefit, eg boss gave me 256megs of RAM b4 xmas for some very fast PC building). It's gr8 because if I don't want to do any work, I don't take any calls. Can be a PIA when there's not much work going though.
Hourly and I can take up to a month off a year. :D
