Nice Layout. Text is a little hard to read, but I think that it is my small old 15inch monitor that is making it hard to read.
was it all the text or just certain sections?

Clean and simple - I like.
Maybe a section on the main page explaining the reason for the site, like a "mission statement" of sorts, would be good.
I've changed the icons as someone said they did'nt like the last lot, please keep the recommendations coming.

I like it except for the fact that there is a little much white on the site
