I have a user that is missing the toolbar and file menus in word 2000. Does anyone know how to get them back?
I figured it out. It was a corrupt data key in the registry.
I renamed the key to OLD_Data and it worked. The registry key I changed was:
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\W ord\Data
