Do you know of anyone with a computer running Win95, if you do they can make you a startup disk by going to control panel, add-remove programs. After you have the disk made you need to make a autoexec.bat file and a config.sys file and get a generic atapi_cd.sys file and the file mscdex.exe, here is what the autoexec.bat file should look like
MSCDEX /V /D:CD000 /M:10
and the config.sys file should look like this
DEVICE=HIMEM.SYS
DEVICE=ATAPI_CD.SYS /D:CD000
rem stacks=9,256
if you have email I can email you these two files already made so all you will have to do is copy them to the 3.5" windows startup disk.
try here www.4yourcomputer.com
they may have what you want
but to access the site you need top become a member to do that you upload 2 programs that you want to share with other people and then it will let you in the site
