Its All Over

Yup thats right I made it ...:D
Finally out of the hole. Whoo Hoo
They sent me off with a couple cards and a gift certificate.
I did make a few friends that I will miss.
Okay now we have three pieces of furniture left to move and thats about it. We should be in our home in a day or so.
I tried to get Taz to take down the computer the other day but I was faced with this look like I was nuts so we left it up for a while longer :eek2:

Me and taz were talking that living about a hour away from most of my family that we didnt have that many visitors at our place and now well its going to be non stop central with my family and friends.
Kinda have to get used to having people over. Im not really the entertainer type. Im more less leave me alone if I want to see you Ill be over type of person.
Well I got to get some stuff kicked out this morning.. WAIT
IM NOT AT THE HOLE NO MORE WHOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO . I do have to make a brief apperance there to get some boxes for some last packing jobs.
AHHHHHHhhhhhhhh .

Its funny how the last thing to be packed up is the computer, and the first thing to be unpacked is the computer :D :D same happend to us when we moved to our new home...

Sick of the ups and downs and all arounds..
Now after getting off the phone with the real estate agent were waiting on the home owner to get some papers for the closing. And she mentioned someting about being in the home NEXT WEEK... What happened to in a couple days..http://imbiss-coding.de/smiliez.de/smz/gwlt/gwlt_88.gif
A couple days ... Ive got all our stuff moved over to my dads and shes spouting words like another week... I DONT HAVE ANOTHER DA#N week .... AGHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhh

So let me get this straight. You guys are moving all this stuff over to Moticia's Dad's house, not into the house your buying??? SOooo, the next few days (or perhaps next week) youll start re-moving things from her dads, to the new house....
So basically your moving twice????

Argh!!!!! I feel for you guys....

Her dads house is on the corner and ours is at the end of the block from him. We get our stuff in the neighborhood.... makes for an easier move when it DOES FINALLY come.

What's keeping you from moving in sooner? Previous owners are still in there?

If your contract has a "moving in" date, or a date where you become the official owners, then it's up to you to decide whether or not you're willing to wait - not the real estate agent.

I know when we were moving into our new house back in January it was the same deal. The title agency was waiting for the former owners to sign some paper work, they were out of the house (moved to AZ). The Real Eastate agent went ahead and gave us the key and we started moving in 2 weeks before we actually closed. :D
