tried it , but alas as with the majority of freeware/shareware progs , there were probs:
on a 2k pro setup there were multiple errors "cannot read scorse file" this is the readout:The following drivers could not be backed up.
NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440
BDA MPE Filter
BDA Slip De-Framer
NABTS/FEC VBI Codec
Default Monitor
MD 1998 OF
RAS Async Adapter
WAN Miniport (L2TP)
WAN Miniport (PPTP)
Direct Parallel
WAN Miniport (IP)
Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC
ECP Printer Port
Communications Port
USB Dual-mode Camera
so i guss i will have to keep the disks handy for those!

I only had two that wouldn't back up. I think I will try this in safe mode.
How nice. Very useful for people like me that reinstall the OS every month or three.

Found it at long last... btw safe mode it would be able to get those drivers....
Edit, just noticed it's in the Tech Lounge, would account for me not being able to find it before... Moved to Tech Tips
