I believe the cliché is "just deserved". And man, I don't know if stupid people deserve to be shot in the leg twice. But he sure did get something for his troubles that is for certain...

The real story in all of this is that he went up the river back in 1963 for this sort of thing. This isn't the first time he's done this sort of thing. You would think people would choose a different line of work.
