Color Problem

I don't know if this is the right place for this or not but here goes. Is there some virus out there/here that stops yellow being printed? I would just replace my cartridge except I talked to two people today and just by chance none of us can print yellow!!!!!!!!!! My cartridge isn't very old and my moniter shows levels are up---my printer is an epson stylus color 880 and the other people are running HP's. My O/S is win2000.


I realize my cartridge is three colors on the one cartridge but it does seem quick for yellow to be gone. That combined with others calling me with similar problems makes me doubt coincidence.

Possibly a bad batch of cartridges?

I would suspect clogged cartridges, perhaps a cleaning will help?
