There are protesters blocking traffic near city hall in philly and I bet most of the people who have to drive through the area wish they had rubber bullets...
Looks painfull as hell though. Maybe pepper spray would have been a better idea...

Some of these guys were blocking the loading of humanitarian aid being sent to Iraq. HUMANITARIAN aid. According to US law, those that block, hinder or disrupt a military or humanitarian operation during time of war can be arrested and/or fined and/or imprisoned for a period no more than 30 years. I say lock em up for a while so I can drive home from work!
