Honda Silverwing Interstate for those long trips and commuting.
Honda Nighthawk for..............well, just because.
95 Suzuki DR350SES, take it to Big Bend every October
80 Moto Guzzi V50II, sweetest handling bike ever. The sterring is telepathic. Think about where you want to go, and the bike goes there.
Suzuki GSX 750F with no clutch, but the cable is supposed to come in tomorrow or the next day.
Summer's a comin!
My husbands got a yamaha fj1100 and I go for rides on the back........does that count :) I couldn't reach the ground if I tried or hold the bike up, at 5 foot nothing and 44 kilo's.......

Yep - I had a GSX500 and a DR -> the insurance fee here (Israel) is too high.
Now I have a 150cc Kymco (Luxorious Scooter).
When I have the money I will buy something bigger,

Good sport touring bike, of course there are cheaper alternatives which I probably should of looked at before buying this bike. Oh Well :D
Mayet, pillion partner's count as motorcyclists. There's a very good article on pillion partners in last month's Motorcycle Consumer News.

Well, I don't have a bike anymore but way back in 1980, I bought a brand new Yamaha 750 with a shaft drive. It was a three-banger and its acceleration was as smooth as silk. I ended up putting alsmost 30,000 miles on it before I sold it to by dumb*ss brother. He drove it without ever checking the oil and it ended up freezing up on him while he was on an Interstate run. Serves him right. H*ll, I never had any problems with it.
Anyway, I really miss riding but I figured that I would probably be dead by now if I kept it up.
Keep it Safe! And always look out for the other guy.
2000 Honda Shadow Sabre. Black and gray with leather saddlebags and a Minnesota Fats windshield.
Sold my jet black Honda Superdream 250N a while back (gone over to 4 wheels ).
I'd like another bike, but it just isn't practical at the minute.
Might buy this bike.

Who cares about the steering, I would just love to hear that bike run. I wish I had a twin cylinder bike again....Quote:
