mine gets kind of blurry at different resolutions... might want to try playing with it..
In XP there is the option to setup clear type fonts, definitely use that. Also, be sure you are at the optimal resolution for this monitor, should be in a manual, or on their web site. Additionally, there is an optimal refresh rate--higher is not better, usually between 60 and 72 Hertz, but again, consult the manufacture for their recommendations.

HOW TO: Use ClearType to Enhance Screen Fonts in Windows XP
Oh, I forgot to mention, with all of the tweaking and adjusting, the LCD is typically going to be blurrier than a CTR. This is by design, although not intentional. It is still a new technology, even though prices are coming down.
Also, start off by making the 19" LCD's resolution 1280 x 1024. That seems to be the norm for that size and it might clear up the fuzziness right off.
it's the kvm in the loop that makes it fuzzy....you just have to fudge around with the settings on the monitor (after optimal resolution is set on pc) .. i generally use the "auto levels" on the monitor.
