Interesting Trouble ticket

We use Remedy for our trouble ticket system. I'm sure most of you have heard of it or seen it. Here is an interesting ticket from a woman who spilled Coke a Cola in her laptop. This is the honest ticket that helpdesk put in and it came to us. I blacked out the names and contact information though. We laughed our a$$es off when we saw the ticket.

ok, well it worked a moment ago. :( Now they are saying that the site is unavailable. I'll check back in a little bit to see where it's at. If it's still messed up, I'll find another way to post it. It's too funny to give up. :))

Yeah, that was it, but I guess you need to see the accual image of the trouble ticket we got to get full appreciation. It just shows the "effort" put in by a lot of helpdesk people out there. Brings back "George" memories. :D

I can't believe I went through so much trouble for something so trivial and stupid. But it was funny, and had I not wasted everyone's time by my goofed up links, I think it would have been more widely accepted. :) Besides, it got to a point that I was determined to get it out there. :)

there's just so much that could be done with this thread. I better go before my little devil gets the better of me.

:grin: We had someone do that only with Fruit Punch (to the laptop, not open a ticket :D ...) Cost damn near $1000 USD to get it fixed.......:eek:
