I have a laptop that a floppy drive was added to later...and the right click/send to floppy option doesn't show up.
Anyone know if this can be turned on and how to accomplish this??
Thanks!

first show all hidden folders . . . . then
Open Windows Explorer
Click the Documents and Settings folder on the drive where Windows 2000 is installed.
Double-click the folder of a specific user.
Double-click the SendTo folder.
Click the File menu, point to New, and then click Shortcut.
Follow the instructions on your screen.
in XP the command sendto issued at the run prompt works, though I'm not sure if it works in win2k . . . nope it doesn't
Thanks Kato!! I saved this so I can give it a shot when the guy brings his machine here. (remote user)...Don't trust him enough to let him do so!
Thanks again!
Just tried this on one here and it worked beautifully!! Thanks again Kato!!!!!
I tweaked the instructions a bit to make them (hopefully) ID10T proof and sent them off to the guy....
Yikes, hopefully I won't regret it!
