Is there a way to know if the MS patch been applied to your machine to close the hole for the w32.Blaster.Worm.

Yes, look at your add/remove programmes in control panel - under hotfixes look for Q823980 Here is the link with more details

All I know is that this virus sucks, yo!

Symantec has a fix and you can download the patch from MS. WE have removed about 8 this am so far. Thanks Keystone
