OTX file conversion

I've got a customer who's trying to convert OTX files from an old Olivetti word processor so that they can be read on a PC. Had a look on Google but nothing really came up. Any ideas? Any help appreciated.

Found a freebie for a mac

but this has a limited trial for windows but it may be enough to see if its what you want.
