Trying to save a vcd attachment that someone sent and the "save and close" option that sends it to the contacts is greyed out. If I save the file to the desktop, then open it and choose "save and close" it works fine and goes to the contacts as it should.
This person has admin rights to the machine and I have tried a detect and repair. It works fine on another machine running Outlook 2000 and also on one that runs Outlook XP.
