ibm rapid access II keyboard

i have the above keyboard. it has a beautiful feel to it and very useful extra buttons, but i use a dual boot between win 98 and win 2000 sp2.
in win 2k i experience all sorts of problems.
the keyboard is ps2 native, but has a ps2 to usb converter. in ps2 mode, only half the extra buttons work.
in usb mode, all the buttons work, but the keyboard doesnt repeat kestrokes when you hold the key down. (yes i have tried changing the setting in control panel).
any help would be much apreciated

I'm not sure, but I think that keyB has drivers that are used with it. Check PeoplePC or IBM web sites...hope this helps
