Dell cancels Indian tech support
You know your tech support needs help when members of the clergy are complaining. :)
A co-worker mentioned this to me this morning... After reading about it on CNN myself, I kept hearing the Hallelujah chorus in my head for some reason...
About 85-90% of computers where I work are either Dell Optiplexes or Dell Latitudes...
Hi there,
Good, now I hope American Express does the same. It's just really bad service now. :(
Ju Leon...
Tech Support is really going downhill when you have to ask the person on the other end to continually repeat himself because you can't understand him. Tech support is one of those critical areas where you really need clear communication.
I for one think we should abandon the entire Indian project altogether...and hire Canadians instead.....
By Indian I assume we are talking dots, not feathers?
Outsourcing tech support is just bad.
WTF is Dots and Feathers???? Get lost you stupid ignorant racist.Quote:

No wonder everone hates Americans in the world, so oblivious to the whole world.
Not all Indians from India have Dots, and not all Native Americans/Candians have feathers.
Why don't you crawl back to the hole your mama left yoiu in
It's a quote from the movie "Good Will Hunting". The first time I heard the reference was 12 years ago from a buddy of mine who lived in Show Low, Arizona who reversed it "feathers not dots". He was a White Mountain Apache. Funny I never considered him a racist towards people of the Sub-Continent.Quote:

BTW... Shiela Brovloski was right. :thumbs2: :thumbs2:

I am not saying there isn't racial tension in Canada, but it is not as prevalant as down in the states for that same reason. Maybe before making comments like that, you should actually learn about other countries and their people.
Dude, and after your original statements about it, maybe you should have thought things out first as well. :thumbs:Quote:

The feather is an important part of the dress and history of the Native Americans. If you are offended by that, you may wnat to stay out of the lounge. This is a blip on the radar compared to what goes on here. There is one big difference in what he said and what you said.
Larommi- Used a distinguishing feature (of part of the population) to differenciate. He made no mention if it was good or bad.
Toppro- Make an insult towards an entire nation.
Now if he had said " Those people that stick like curry or the drunks on the res." I could understand it. But he did not, so you can kiss my :butt:
( I did not mean the last paragraph, only trying to prove my point. I am not trying to pi$$ off anyone, just show the stupidity of toppro.)
"You guys". WTF, pot calling the kettle black are you? Go take your stereotyping dumb@$$ self, and get a life. You make more generalizations than anyone here, dumb@$$.Quote:
