I went to the ATI website to see if there were new drivers for my All-In-Wonder 7500. Anyway, is this "Catalyst" driver what I need? I could not find anything specific for the card, just that this driver is for Radeon cards.

That's it. It's similar to the detonator universal drivers for nVidia cards and the VIA Hyperion 4 in 1s. They're universal.
I am still on the catalyst 2.3's with my 7500 and mmc 7.6 - Hey it works, why break it? :D
To stave of boredom of course.Quote:

All my friends have kids. I want one. :(
Lets just say they are "supposed" to be universal and work with everything, the older versions worked with my mobility 9000, but the newest ones say i dont have any ATI hardware :(
Thanks for the help. I check periodically for a new driver and read the fix list on the driver to see if I need it. If I redo the computer, I usually put on the newest driver as well.
man lifes never that easy(and whouldnt be such fun).. downlaod the catalyst modding tool from driver heaven(you could of course if you wanted manually alter the i.inf files but hey its only a 100k download) to get the catlyst drivers working with your mobile ''gpu''.. have(sorry had) the 3.10's working with my mobility 9600. and er if you already knew this then ... well maybe someone else will read it :|
That last catalyst driver messed up the tv turner on my 9700pro
Did you though get the 'new bits' (so multimedia centre, hydravision, maybe remote control?) & then reinstall the lot ? or at least re-install your old ones?Quote:

So I always remove absolutely everything associated with that card, then re-apply the lot ;)
There are an alternate set of drivers for radeon cards avaliable atQuote:
