Getting rid of XP setup on boot
I recently bought 2 new Raptor drives and want to use them as the primary drives for the OS and programs and use my old drives for mass storage.
I started to do a fresh install of XP on the Raptors with the old drives still in and had to stop the setup midway. I did not finish the install on the Raptors because I decided to ghost the old drives to the Raptors so I would not loose anything.
Now when I boot to the old drives (RAID 0) it gives me an option of which version of xp to boot to, Windows XP or Windows XP setup. I guess it still has the setup on the boot sector of the old drives.
It defaults to the setup one and does it quick so you have to catch it to change it. I tried to just complete the setup but it has errors and will not finish it.
How do I get rid of this Setup entry. I ghosted the raptors and this ghosted with the image so I need to get rid of it and re-ghost the drives.
Help please!!! This is very annoying.
Thanks,
