The IRS released several "April 15th Tax Day Reminders". On the bottom of some they put in bold:
"America has a choice: It can continue to grow the economy and create new jobs as the president's policies are doing; or it can raise taxes on American families and small businesses, hurting economic recovery and future job creation,"
I figure with 200 million in his campain fund that the IRS doesn't need to add blatant political advertising for the President at taxpayers expense.

Wow. Thats even more amazing. You have no problem with this? The US Treasury putting out a biased political advdtisement?
Techs you country allows TV advertising that goes something like this
Company B is rubbish, they don't do a good job, their product is unreliable.
We at Company A are much better at it, so you can dump your company B stuff and buy from us instead.
Are you really surprised that when that kind of advertising is allowed - and I use it in the broadest sense here, not just commercial companies marketing campaigns - that your political system of campaigning reflects that?
Actually I am when it is my government and my tax dollars paying to promote a political candidate. Lets carry this further. If this is allowed will we see press releases from the Department of Defense? EPA? promoting the Presidents political policies. We never allowed this in the USA and we shouldn't now.This is egregious.

Just to make a point lets use the statement from the press release:
"But because of the President’s commitment to strengthen the environment for job creation, and the positive impact of his tax relief measures, over three-quarters of a million new jobs were created over the past seven months, 308,000 in March alone."
That come to about 107,000 new jobs a month. We need 125,000 new jobs just to keep up with the amount of new people (young adults) entering the job market over those who retire. Would it not be fair to say:
"Only about 107,000 new jobs were created per month meaning that 18,000 more people were unemployed each month. The unemployment statistics don't register these people because as new employees they are not eligible for unemployment assistance. The unemployment statistics did go down but that is because greater numbers of people have been unemployed so long they have ceased looking for jobs"
I think you're right techs. People expect "puffery' on paid political advertsing. They don't expect in official government forms, which are subsidized with Tax dollars and go out to all taxpayers regardless of their political affiliation. This is like printing a special edition of US dollars with Dubya's picture instead of Washington's.
Fortunately, this is as obvious as it is egregious. I wish the forms had gone through so the US taxpayer could see how corrupt this administration is, and how far they are willing to go to 'win' another election....:grin:
Which are you more Angry about, this IRS statement?
Or that his economic policies are working?
