For myself it was overloading the terminal in KOTOR...(the one I was using thinking that it would simply disable my terminal)...
For NPC again KOTOR...Nearly everything said by the droid HK-47.

HK-47 really was one of the best NPCs I've seen in a game outside the Monkey Island series.
