Putting together a Glam CD!

Ok everyone, after watching a VH1 special on the Top 40 Big Hair Bands, I've gotten the urge to put together a compilation CD for my car and I'm looking for suggestions.

Yeah yeah yeah, some of you are going to be like "I hate Glam rock!". Well, Blah Blah Blah, I didn't ask you if you liked it. :flame: I asked for suggestions. :D

So far I'm thinking of some Warrant, Poison, Cinderella, Def Leopard and others. What do you all think? :thumbs:

Plus it'll get your mind off all the damn politics we talk about around here. Sheesh, I'm gonna start a new website call "WinPolitics". It'll have one forum for tech support 12 other forums for all the other type of politics that we could possibly EVER discuss.

I hate Glam rock! :D :D

Well I wouldn't want to categorize Motley as "glam" but definately should include Girls, Girls, Girls and Wildside. :D

(Finally a real topic I can talk about!) :D

hmmm that would be Roy Wood's Wizard, Gary Glitter, ELO, Sweet, TRex, and a bunch of bands I can picture but can't remember the names....

Cinderella, Bullet Boys, Shotgun Messiah, LA Guns, RATT, Twisted Sister, Quiet Riot, Whitesnake, Steelheart (for your monster ballads compilation :D), KIX, GNR,...

Man,.. the list goes on and on.. I will check out my stuff when I get home and post more later.

Stealheart, Skid Row, , Winger, David Lee Roth, Warrant, Great White...the list could go on for days, I think you better make two or three CD's... :cool:

Oh man,.. how did I manage to leave out the Skids? They should be near the top of my list. Especially since I have their first album on CD autographed. :D

Yeah. I think a CD is not going to be enough. Ur gonna need that Karmador thing with like a 200+gb drive for mp3 storage. I forgot who here does that Karmador thing. Speak up Karmador person! We're gonna need ur help here for this glam rock compilation. :D

Strange, I reecognize all those names. I guess I'm showing my age.

Yeah, I was trying to get an awesome single from each band. So far the list is...

Def Leopard - Rocket
Warrant - Uncle Tom's Cabin
Slaughter - Fly to the Angels
Skid Row - 18 & Life
Ratt - Round and Round
Cinderella - Nobody's Fool
White Lion - When the Children Cry

Just came up with that in like 5 minutes.

You got a decent sound system in your car? Or is it just a regular stock system?

For instance, "Kickstart My Heart" sounds awesome with the 10"-12" subs blasting. Same thing with "Uncle Toms Cabin". :D

Yeah,.. I pretty much got everything at home, but drawing a blank right now. I will definately be posting a list later tonight.

Yeah, I have a stock system in my car, but it's the premium sound system option package and it sounds awesome.
