Its worth a 'point out' that though 'fair use' isn't actually specifically legislated on there have been several cases where the precident has been accepted, but I'm none too sure how 'precidents' work under US law, 'here' if you can get any Judge to accept 'anything' he makes a ruling on in the abscence of specific law about it,then it becomes 'law' - but in the US I have no idea ..

There is always hope that common sense will prevail.
