RAID Array Replacement Drive

Have a customer with a Hell, sorry Dell server Poweredge 2500. Out of warranty (so one saving grace I suppose)..

Anyways, RAID 5 one of the disks has gone and trying to source a replacement, but can only get refurbished spares, I can get a new replacement but runs at 15k instead of 10k, will this have any bearing on the RAID Array at all?

I'm thinking not, but I have been wrong before.

It will just improve the performance slightly. Will work as long as it's capacity is at least the capacity of the previous drive.
