Thats why it's important to excersize in addition to quitting smoking. But don't do it all at once. Just one thing at a time. Get through a month of quitting first,.. the start planning towards other things.
Its not necessarily over eating as smoking increases the bodies metabolism so if you stop you will tend to put on weight if you consume the same number of calories per day.
