Urge for a smoke is way down, desire to kill has become desire to only seriously harm, and headaches and dizzy are pretty much completly gone

Beware the nember 3 in a quit. 3 days, 3 weeks and 3 months. Each are well known points of highest withdrawl symptoms. Don't ask me why but it just is. The 3 week point almost had me smoking, be warned!
It's been over a month and I still want to smoke once in awhile. I expect it to be that way for a long time, if not forever though. I'm ready for it. Bring it on. :cool:
