That being said, the reasons behind my "sabbatical" are simply that the entire Lounge area has degenerated to the point where fun is equalled with machismo, putting others down, endless/pointless arguments and bickering.
I find it has gotten so bad that those who are opposed to this general atmosphere of discord are unapologetically seen as weak and railed against. The fun is quickly bleeding out for me.
Yourself and Cleetus have generously contributed to this mood, but so have others as well as I at times (much to my regret).
Also...
Whenever I show up, there is dissent.
Most of the time I am absent, things eventually mellow down.
