Always wanted to take my Mitsubishi Montero to as far north of the Arctic Circle as possible. After seeing the pics from Major Kong now the ol' blood is pumping - any ideas how far you can drive?

Was actually driving to a gig at the Manley Roadhouse for Halloween, and the road was just snot! Had to drive about 25mph. It sucked.
Naa Man that sounds like fun to me. But then again, I look for places like that around here!
In that case, drive across Maggie Valley, and go to Boone. From there, head out towards North Wilksboro, but as you are approaching Deep Gap, turn right just after the Parkway. Go down in there to Triplett, and see if you can drive back out.Quote:
