Does anyone here happen to know how to customize a bis flash? Like maybe adding large hard disk support or even just opening hidden features? Thanks

Only the manufacturer of that specific board or someone who knows the hardware design of the board can do it. Large disk support (>128GB) is limited by hardware.
Unfortunately you can't modify the bios to add features that are not within the capabilities of the board. The most you could ever hope for by modifying the bios would be to possibly unlock some features that they do not place on the menu because most ppl don't have any use for them.
Welcome to Windrivers Forums,Fastvan67!
Actually, it is possible to edit the BIOS - I did it before and still do from time to time, if needed... But it is a bit risky (it is possible what edited BIOS will be not working properly or not working at all)... So, you must be prepared to do BIOS recovery or have a chip programmer...

I probably became too lazy to do all these editings manually (as I did before), so now I use BIOS Patcher mostly and it works well...
I used rev. 4.15, 4.23 and 4.51...
It is also possible to find already patched BIOS for particular motherboard (for example, for some an old MBs) : http://web.inter.nl.net/hcc/J.Steunebrink/k6plus.htm
if you read my post I just said you cannot modify it to add features that are not within the capabilities of the board. You could modify it to offer 3.2 GHz P4 support in the menu, but I promise you, your DX4-100 isn't going to actually work as a 3.2 GHz proc, nor would the board ever support it. All you can hope to do, as I stated is unlock features that the manufacture never placed in the menus. :รพ
