Looking for CBT creation software

I have some training that I have created for my internal customers and I'd like to be able to turn what is currently on Powerpoint slides into a CBT. I'd like an accompanying or embedded test to verify and prove who has taken it and I'd like some way to keep a record of that information.

I've done some hunting and found a few possibilities but nothing that really jumps out at me as what I want.

Does anyone know of a good software package for creating CBTs/tests? If so I'd greatly appreciate any guidance you might have for me.
