I am on a college network with multiple IP subnets and I am wondering is it possible to keep my normal IP and still be able to connect to the other subnets as if I am part of their subnet, like through a proxy or some such?
thanks

I'm not quite sure what your trying to do here.
if you have multiple subnets, you need routers to interconnect them so that information travels properly. so in that essence, you can connect to other subnets without anything special. Unless of course your school has blocked subnet traffic.
if you want it to look like your on someone elses subnet, then without a proxy on that subnet, the answer is no.
