Why dont you have the password? Isnt this your laptop?
If you have recently purchased it, take it back to the shop and tell them, or contact Sony.

Has it occurred to you that perhaps there's a reason its cheap? You need Sony or an authorized tech to reset. If you cant prove ownership, they wont.Quote:
