category view in xp

hey all...
using wix xp for a year and a half now and sp2 was installed when it came out..

for some reason in the category view in the xp control panel, the "Network Connections" icon is not under the "Network and Internet Connections" category but is under "other control panel options"...

i installed xp many times on other pc's and i know that's not right..

is there a way to change it ???

Have you tried switching to the classic view to see what happens?

that kinda be missing the point ,
since in classic view all the control panel icons appear...

i want it to appear as it should in category view ..
