Urgggh...
After years of walking through it as a child, freezing on the bus to school and not getting warm until lunch time, I hate snow!

Ahh, it's over now, got around a foot of snow. The dogs are loving it as well as my son. My husband still had to catch a flight to South Carolina. Darn..
There's no business like snow business like no business I know!
I lived in Dale City, Virginia in 1996, and was in NYC during the Blizzard of '96. New York did an incredible cleanup job, and Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, and especially D.C. performed miserably. Hope things are better now!
I lived in Binghamton NY until I was 12 and I remember I went to school in a foot of snow. Anyway, now for the present, I think they do a better job clearing the snow, our area is plowed as well as the main roads. I am praying for school to open tomorrrow..
For once it missed the foothills of southern Maine. We got about 3 inches. Wed.- Thurs. they're saying temps in the 40s and 50s. Bring on Spring!
parts of jersey had two feet.love winter but hate the shoveling
we got about a foot and school's were only delayed for 2 hours. 20 miles away, Columbia MD got 21"..
