If I have two PC's running off a router, can I allocate a certain amount of speed to the pc running off the wireless pci card? Make it faster/slower etc.

Depends on the particuar router some i think have throttleing capabilities.
What router is it ?
unless you have some of the newer equipment that allows faster wireless speeds, wireless will always be 10mbps while hardwired will usually be 100mbps
Practically speaking, you can't adjust the conection speed for individual machines on a typical network. What are you trying to do here? If you're just worried that having two PCs on a single broadband connection will downgrade browsing performance, that's really not the case.
you -COULD- use QoS (quality of service) and define items for being priority
It's ok, it doesn't really matter, I just wondered. Thanks.
